NTN won a 3 stars rating in the “4th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey” conducted by Nikkei Inc., which is a major newspaper publishing company in Japan. The survey selects advanced companies that are taking on the challenge of productivity revolution through work style reforms. NTN has been developing products in new business areas, such as natural energy products, robot-related products, and EV-related products for the future growth as well as participation in joint research using IT on disaster prevention and local monitoring. NTN has been certified as a “Parenting Support Company” by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare for the utilization and development of human resources also focusing on initiatives to realize diverse and flexible working styles, such as holding the “Next Generation Development Promotion Seminar” for male employees of child-rearing generations. NTN will continue to develop better work environment, promote R&D activities through industry-academia collaboration, and ensure competitiveness. In these initiatives, we will grow into an advanced company that practices “Smart Work Management.”
